Client: Servo and stepper motor assembly plant

Challenge: Cast housings were heavy, porous, and slow to machine. The plant needed a lighter extruded shell with outer cooling ribs and prefabricated mounting features.

Solution: We delivered round motor housings with sunflower-style outer fins, plus CNC end faces, keyways, and threaded holes. Dimensional gauges were aligned to the customer's stator OD stack-up.

Result: Housing weight and machining time decreased. Leak and dust ingress issues associated with cast porosity were eliminated for the sealed motor line.
