Client: Industrial automation equipment builder
Challenge: Previous sleeves and bushings showed press-fit scatter and premature bearing wear on high-speed conveyor modules.
Solution: Otitac took over CNC finishing of critical diameters from extruded stock, holding concentricity and surface finish suitable for sealed bearings. First-article CMM reports were provided with every pilot lot.
Result: Assembly rejection fell sharply. The customer consolidated extrusion blanks and finish machining with a single Foshan supplier.
