Client: Outdoor LED street-light manufacturer

Challenge: High-power COB modules overheated under tropical ambient temperatures, causing lumen depreciation and early driver failure.

Solution: We supplied round sunflower radiators with radial annular fins and a hollow center bore matched to the module footprint. Thermal interface flatness was controlled by CNC facing, and black anodizing improved emissivity for natural convection.

Result: Junction temperature dropped into the design window. The customer standardized the radiator family across three wattage classes and placed a recurring export order.
