Client: Southeast Asia commercial lighting OEM

Challenge: The customer needed a multi-cavity grille wall-washer profile with anti-glare baffles, tight anodizing color consistency across lots, and on-time delivery for a chain-store rollout.

Solution: Otitac designed a custom 6063 extrusion die, produced sample sections within two weeks, and locked a black Type II anodizing recipe. CNC drilling and end-milling were completed in-house so the housings arrived ready for lens and driver assembly.

Result: Stable monthly supply of linear housings with consistent surface finish. The OEM cut assembly scrap and shortened fixture lead time for new store openings.
