Challenge: Telescopic legs needed high strength at low weight, consistent tube OD for locking collars, and a durable black finish that resists outdoor corrosion.

Solution: Otitac extruded 6063 telescopic tubes and CNC-machined pan-tilt housings, then applied black anodizing. Tube lots were sorted by OD band so collar fit stayed consistent across SKUs.

Result: The brand launched a mainstream full-aluminum tripod line with stable quality for DSLR, livestream, and field audio stands. Repeat seasonal orders followed.
