Client: European machinery importer
Challenge: Legacy European dies were unavailable. The buyer needed equivalent sections for machine frames and protective covers, with documentation in English for customs and QC.
Solution: Our engineering team reverse-engineered sample bars, opened new dies in Shishan, and validated wall thickness, straightness, and cut length against the buyer's drawing pack. Mill finish and clear anodizing options were dual-qualified.
Result: First production lot cleared incoming inspection on schedule. The importer now sources frame and cover profiles from Otitac on a standing PO.
